At Te Koop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn items. If your purchase doesn't fit or meet your expectations, simply follow our streamlined process to initiate a return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Te Koop account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
